For cancellations made within 1 week of the class or camp start date, refunds will not be granted.

**Please note, for camps/class bundles, the price is a set rate for all classes. We will not be able to provide any refunds for any classes that you miss.

    Private sessions:
Up to two late cancellations (cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session) or no shows (not showing up at all and/or not communicating before session to cancel) are allowed without penalty. After two late cancellations, a $50 penalty fee will be incurred for every session that is considered a late cancel, and a full session rate will be incurred for a no show. After three late cancellations, clients are subject to a file review and at risk for losing their appointment slot. Virtual sessions in lieu of a late cancel/no show are encouraged as they will not count against attendance as long as they are arranged prior to a scheduled session to give the therapist enough time to accommodate.

    Evaluations:
A late cancellation for an evaluation (cancels within 24 hours of the session) will incur a $100 fee. A no show for an evaluation (not showing up at all and/or not communicating before session to cancel) will incur a $150 fee
